Noise source of suction fan:

1. Vibration noise generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller

2. Noise caused by high-speed flow of gas at the exhaust outlet

3. Electromagnetic noise generated by motor operation

Our measures to solve the problem of suction fan noise:

(1) Install a sound insulation cover outside the suction fan. The box body is made of sound insulation and absorption materials. A damping layer is attached to the steel plate of the casing. Four ET-3-2 rubber shock absorbers are used at the bottom of the suction fan to isolate the vibration noise of the suction fan.

(2) The labyrinth noise reduction is used at the air outlet of the suction fan, which can effectively solve the air flow noise.

(3) In order to solve the electromagnetic noise of the motor, we add air inlet silencer louvers at the rear of the motor, which means that solving the noise is beneficial to the heat dissipation of the motor.

Sources and hazards of waste silk:

Waste silk mainly comes from cotton yarn and chemical fiber raw materials, which are scattered in the air when the weaving equipment is running at high speed. If these waste silk are adsorbed in the weaving raw materials, they will cause defective products. If they are adsorbed in the manufacturing equipment, they will cause equipment failure and be adsorbed on people. It will seriously affect human health.

Our measures to deal with waste silk:

Using a two-pass stainless steel filtration system, the waste wire is collected in the waste wire box after filtration.
