1. If I want to set up a sock production line, what other equipment do I need?
-Air Compressor(used to make compressed air), Air Compressor Storage Tank(used to strage compressed air), Filter(used to filter impurities in compressed air), Cooling Drier(used to dry compressed air), Stabilizer(used to stable voltage), Suction Fan Motor(used to suck socks from sock machine).
The above-mentioned equipment sizes or power will be different according to different quantity of sock machine.
2. What kind of materials are used ti make a sock?
-Main yarn: Spun Polyester, Cotton, Acrylic, Polypropylene, Woolen, etc.
Inside(make socks stretchable): Air Covered Spandex, Spandex Covered Yarn.
Welt: Rubber.
Toe sewing: Nylon Yarn.
3. How many sets machines can be loaded in a container?
-18 sets can be loaded in a 20ft container, 39 sets in 40ft container(with package). If without package, 28 sets can be loaded in a 20ft container, 56 sets in a 40ft container.
