Now, we would like to do some introduction of the STABILIZER. Usually, it is used in order to make sure the stable voltage. There are two series of models: TNS which is adopting copper coils, it is cheaper in price and suitable for small scale of sock factories, usually within 50~60 sock machines, sizes ranging from 30KVA, 50KVA, 60KVA, 80KVA, 100KVA Second series is SBW, which copper tubes are used, higher in cost, more stable in performance, 30KVS, 50KVA, 60KVA, 80KVA, 100KVA, 150KVA, 200KVA.
Then comes to FANCY YARN, below are some fancy yarn photos and information for your reference:
1.Usually thicker fancy yarn are mostly applied on 4.5’’ 56N sock machine
2.Other regular type of fancy yarn like feather yarn is suggested to apply on 120N sock machine, usually for plain socks.
3.If your sock machine is 168N, there are very thin fancy yarn, 26s, price is much higher than regular size.
4.Fancy yarn can be applied to make the whole sock, as well as some jacquard like “ears”
Thirdly, spandex covered yarn(conventional covering yarn), it is spandex covered by polyester dty. Usually 2075, 3075, 4075 are available, which are most frequently used when making socks.
Take 2075 for example, 20D is spandex; 75D is polyester DTY.
