Today our client shared with us some photos of his new factory. Our sock machines have just been installed. We are very grateful that he chose RB brand sock machine, and we are very happy his factor has been established successfully while our responsibile is not over yet. 1. Air Compressor: it is used to produce the compressed air which is needed for our sock machines.
2. Air Tank: it is a tank to keep the compressed air, so it is not nesessary for the air compressor to keep working on the time.
3. Cooling Drier: it is used to dry the compressed air, a way to protect the electronic parts of sock machine, prolonging the sock machine life(There are many factors to affect sock machine life, compressed air is one of the factors)
4. Stablizer: it is applied to make sure the voltage is stable, it is another way to protect the electronic parts of sock machine
5. Sock Knitting Machine: it is used to knit socks.
6. Sock Toe Sewing Machine: it is used to sew the sock toe
7. Sock Boarding Machine: it is used to iron socks, make it tidy and neat, ready for packing and selling
8. Sock Tagging Machine: it is used to tag the sock lable onto socks, promoting your own brand
