This is Rainbowe Team, Today we attended the kick-off meeting of the sales competition which is set up for 3 groups, totally 35 companies, the competition period is 45days, from June 1st to July 15th. All companies came from different industry, all of us learned how to improve our service to our customer and want to win. This kick-off meeting is very meaningful, we dressed our traditional clothes and played some teamwork games, we exercised our willpower and our teamwork ability. When we finished the kick-off meeting, we also decorated our office to encourage our salesmen, they also set goals and made reward & punishment mechanism to push themselves to achieve their goals. They are very confident to win.
